At LA Laser Engraving, we know our customers come to us for their most important purchases. That is why we work hard to ship every item quickly and safely, at the lowest possible cost to you. You can select from a wide variety of shipping options. Standard shipping is always free. Items displayed on our website are normally delivered within 7-10 working days of order if using standard shipping. If you are ordering a ring and you don't know your exact ring size you will need to have your size determined. Allow extra processing time for rings and custom designs. In most cases shorter shipping options are available at an additional cost. All items are shipped fully insured and signature is required upon delivery to ensure your jewelry safe delivery. Items will ship insured via Fedex to anywhere Fedex will service.

How long will my delivery take?

What could delay my order?
We work hard to protect our customer's personal and financial information from being used in a fraudulent manner. We undertake efforts to verify the security and privacy of all orders. Due to these efforts, most orders take a minimum of 1 - 2 business days before being approved for shipment. Orders requiring ring sizing take up to three (3) additional business days to complete.
How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, we will send an email containing a consignment number and tracking ID. Simply follow the link in the email to track the delivery of your parcel.
Do I need to sign for the delivery?
For security reasons, a signature is required for all deliveries.
I’ve missed my delivery, what now?
If you’re not present when the delivery arrives, a notice will be left at your address providing details of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements.
Do you ship internationally?
From this website you can make purchases for delivery to US postal addresses. We require correct and complete addresses, including a company name where necessary, and at least one contact telephone number.
Can I change my delivery address?
